About Chandra…
With more than 30 years in nursing and 8 years as a Nurse Practitioner, Chandra brings extensive clinical experience and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and an active member of the Association of Oklahoma Nurse Practitioners.
Chandra began her nursing career by earning her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in 1996 from High Plains Technology Center. She later earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Redlands Community College in 2005, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015 and her Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) in 2018 from Chamberlain University.
Her nursing career has been rooted in both community and high-acuity settings. She worked locally in Seiling and Woodward before spending 10 years in ER/Trauma at OU Medical Center, where she developed strong skills in emergency and critical care. After completing her graduate degree, she transitioned into advanced practice and has since provided care in urgent care, primary care, and occupational health settings for the past eight years.
Chandra is currently expanding her expertise by pursuing certification in Functional Health through the School of Applied Functional Medicine. She is passionate about delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care with a practical, compassionate approach, integrating both conventional and functional strategies to support long-term health and wellness. She values building lasting relationships with patients and helping individuals and families navigate their healthcare with clarity and confidence.
Outside of her professional life, Chandra has been married to her husband, Clint, for 33 years, together they have two grown sons who are married and are proud grandparents to four grandchildren. Most of her spare time is spent with family, fishing, and gardening.
